~HoofCalled: I have auto recharged for a year now,I have been trying to get auto-recharge **% since it started in Febuary, I get the "accounting department will call you about this issue", they never have! Why cant we just call or even be transfered to accounting since they are the only ones that can fix the issues with the "pay" portion of the account. They explain that they have no other way of contacting them other than sending on electronic messages, I find that highly suspicious! We need a better way to get problems solved other than talking to someone in another Country who does not completely understand me and vise versa!
