~ReidNYC: Rep initially didn't know whether a plan could be upgraded "on the fly" and the difference between the two plans payed if one's data allotment is reached within the billing cycle, For example, you have the $** plan which provides for *** MB of data, and you consume this data allotment halfway through the billing cycle, can you pay $** to upgrade to the $** plan, and now have a * GB data limit (an additional *** MB) for the duration of the billing cycle. The Rep returned to the line and seemed to think so, yet sounded unsure.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H2O Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H2O Wireless problem?
~ReidNYC: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ReidNYC: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ReidNYC: For that I would say one out of five.
