~chapels sedgwick: On Dec. ****, I made phone calls to * Bay stores. I explained that I wanted to make sure that they have the merchandise before I go to their store. They were not so helpful and did not sound accommodating. So I tried the third one and an employee by the name of Jonathan Gray assisted me. He was so helpful on the phone and provided me with the right information. I subsequently went to the store where he is located at Eglinton and Victoria Park. I would like to let you know that he was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I was able to purchase the merchandise and based on my experience would like to inform you that The Bay is lucky to have such a valuable employee in Jonathan. I believe that he is an asset in your organization. As a faithful Bay customer, I greatly appreciate his assistance.
