~Does not exist? Not found: It is very difficult to understand any of your CSR's who are not speaking English as a first language. It takes too long to communicate. I wish you would have a support desk with non-accented personnel. It shows a disrespect for your customers. In addition, I was told that a higher CSR would call me back within the next two days. This is unacceptable!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
