~daBeardgrower: Same thing every time I call. I get the robotic "I'm not really listening nor do I care" operator with the accent, I try to explain my issue, have to ask for a supervisor, get put on hold, hang up after watching my beard grow, no resolution to my problem. Time for a new bank.
