~nanarobin: Haband customer service phone rep Ralph took my info on the items I hadn't received, determined that they were all together in one shipment, then traced the shipment so I could contact the post office to make a claim. He urged me to call again if I needed further assistance. He was very personable and respectful throughout the conversation. If the customer service rep who had answered my previous email had been as thorough, the phone call would have been unnecessary.
