~Cathy A: I called customer service as I receive my only half my order today and the invoice stated I received both jackets in one package. I couldn't get through to this women in customer service that both jackets should be in the one package. She was going to trace the second jacket and wanted me to call back in ** days. I told her I was charged for both jackets that were suppose to be in this one package, but she still insisted that she was going to trace another package. I told her just to send me the jacket I was missing as I was charged and wanted the jacket. She said she would look into it. If I don't get the jacket in * weeks then I am really going to be disappointed with Haband service. I been a customer for a long time and this is the first time anything like this has happend and customer service did not take care of it over the phone. I will then have to speak with a supervisor if I don't get any results soon.

~Cathy A: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cathy A: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Haband's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cathy A: For that I would say five out of five.

~Cathy A: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Haband to know who you are.
