GetHuman-208035: I just bought an air conditioner and need to a person to ask one question regarding installation, I was told to email my question. I was connected to a technician who wanted to charge me $** to get a answer,when I just paid $*** plus $** for service plan. WHAT A RIP OFF . I will not buy any more of their products.
