~Tami Bridge: I called to try to get a W-* form for Harbortouch. The girl that I talked to had no idea what a W-* form was. I tried to explain what it was, but she wasn't listening. I was on hold many times and then she refused to put me through to someone else who might be able to help me. Terrible customer services!
