GetHuman-163119: I ended a call at **:** am on ***** with a lady at the Hertz customer service number (***-***-****) that was unbelievably rude in the end and actually hung up on me. I was trying to see if she checked both Hartsfield Airport and PDK Airport locations. She said to me " I told you I looked at the airport location. I tried to ask if she checked both the Hartsfield and PDK locations and she wasn't listening to me. I tried once again and she was very rude to me and hung the phone up. I was blown away as a Gold member. I have never been treated this way. I assume Hertz does not need my business any longer.
