~mortgageman: We recently visited the local hertz store on mendenhall rd here in Memphis tn. since it was a fairly new location expecting some great customer service (from a new store)from the start we were never greeted properly as with the competitors we visited that day.This lady had the attitude that we did them a favour by coming to that store. When the lady arrived that my wife spoke with over the phone she appeared to be distressed about something or just looked like she just ate lemon peelings, never a professional greeting or acknowledgment of me the spouse who was paying the bill. I have been in business for ** years and that was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen, she was like the Al Capone of Hertz. My wife was yelled at and literary force to take a car that she didn't want after being told by another Hertz member that she could upgrade without any extra charges, per an email directly from hertz, but the agent exclaimed "they don't run nuttin ova here baby! they cant tell u
