~Carol C1: The tech Eric was very helpful. Answered right away. No waiting at all. Fixed our problem in a few minutes. We were put on a short hold after we got him so he could look up some things on our air conditioner,he knew what to do and was very polite. Enjoyed his great service he gave us.
