~tongonation: service rep attempted to assist, but lacked much basic information I was looking for (e.g., when did HD get the shipment for transport to me). I assumed that when they got the item, they would have to sign something saying the got it, and when they delivered it to the local shipper, they would have the local sign that they got it. they said they didn't know when they got it. I asked how they knew they still had it in transport. they said that local would sign that they got it. When I pointed out that that probably meant they signed something when the got it, rep hung up on me.

~tongonation: For that I would say three out of five.
