GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-caitybr: The best way for me to get in contact with Honda was through their Twitter. They respond very quickly during standard business hours, kind of like a live chat. They also have case managers that can call you that are solely for social media. They really don't like to be slammed on the internet, so they handle it quickly. Plus, who has time to call in anymore. It's nice that they come to you.

GetHuman-caitybr: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
