~Lev: A part I needed for my Windtunnel was not available online and they listed the **** to call for assistance.**It was a ** minute wait before a customer service rep came on the line. For the first * minutes things were fine while she researched the part number. Then she became short-tempered and then rude when I asked her to repeat the "new" part number. **Instead of "I'd be more than happy to order this part for you" I received "You are not entering the number correctly because I just tried it on the website and it worked for me. So keep trying."**The call took a total of ** minutes. **I'm going to take my Hoover and give it to the used appliance store down the street. I'm buying a Dyson. There is no way I'm going to call Hoover every time I need to order a part (which they recommend every *-* months) and have this experience again. Especially over a vacuum cleaner ha!
