~Mikey1956: Be very careful with this service! They have a disclaimer that they book all rooms non smoking but then in fine print say the hotel has the right to put you in a smelly smoking room and they don't care about your reservation for non smoking . Then hotwire jerks you around about a doctors note like you are walking around with one in your pocket. So moral of the story is if you want to get LUNG CANCER book with Hotwire

~Mikey1956: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mikey1956: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Mikey1956: For that I would say one out of five.
