GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotwire customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Traveler: I booked airline tickets through Hotwire in March, **** for flights in November, ****. When all six flight numbers and*or departure times to-and-from my destination changed, Hotwire failed to notify me of any of the changes. My wife and I felt abandoned at the airports we made connections at.**When I notified Hotwire regarding this situation I received an e-mail from them to the effect that airlines do make changes to flight schedules. I know that! What Hotwire failed to do was notify me of these changes. After all, I booked through Hotwire.**I will no longer be using Hotwire for my travel plans.

~Traveler: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Traveler: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotwire's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Traveler: For that I would say one out of five.

~Traveler: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotwire to know who you are.
