~Jerry Johnson: Yeah. It was evening, on November 9th.

~Jerry Johnson: I had to contact Hughes because the installer turned in my "purchase" Gen* upgrade as a LEASE... Ended up costing me an extra $*** to have it switched to "*purchase"*. All because the "installer" LIED to me, face to face... And, the Hughesnet installers are "NOT" Hughes representitives...!!!!

~Jerry Johnson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jerry Johnson: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jerry Johnson: For that I would say five out of five.

~Jerry Johnson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
