~cckc: Just talked to them to see about getting the internet service from them. Pressure salesman with no discount from internet service. I will not use them just based on this "used car salesman" approach! Cannot imagine with the service people would be like...
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HughesNet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HughesNet problem?
~cckc: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cckc: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cckc: For that I would say three out of five.

~cckc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
