GetHuman-ernests2: I NEED SOMEONE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! YOU DOUBLED THE PRICE AND BRAGGED ABOUT THE NEW GEN*, BUT ITS WORST THAN WHAT I HAD!

GetHuman-ernests2: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-ernests2: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
