GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-314975: Start with the first issue ... Takes *-* minutes just to look at craigslist, eBay or even offer up... When I first contacted within the first month of service I asked to be disconnected from contract because the system was so slow... They asked me to wait till the **rd for the next billing cycle and see if it got faster... I did that and still the same... They first said it was due to using my exceeded amount but next day of cycle it was just as slow... Just want out of contract and they want to charge me *** due to having the system longer than a month... Sad thing is they asked me to wait till next billing cycle to see if it got better knowing that I would be locked into the contract...

GetHuman-314975: For that I would say three out of five.
