~Expecting good service: William at the home office helped take care of my cancelation of Hughnet service after I had been on the phone with their people in India for over ** minutes trying to get it done. Hughnet lied to me on several different calls from day one and when I couldn't even send emails because of their service it was canceled before the ** day start up period. If you do cancel they want $*** to come uninstall the equipment do not let them charge you this fee.
