~bettysueathome: a hughes net rep came in as if he were here to install my internet that was supposed to be frontier he said he said he was here to install my internet i said oh you are from dish and he said yes he falsecified this as he was from hughes net. frontier did not get installed he committed fraud claimed to be from dish. he was from hughes net instead of dish. charged $** cash to install pole and when he got thru he put a hughes net dish on it. He then played with a hand held computer in my home and showed my husband of age ** that did not know what a hand held computer was. he told my husband to draw on the blank screen as he did it was a lot of fun told my husband to write his name with his finger on the blank screen. then turned out to be a signature for a * year contract we found this out when we got our first bill he charged our credit card$***.** and $**.** for a total of $***.** he had no consent from us he could charge our credit card we have asked hughes net to refund our credit

~bettysueathome: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HughesNet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bettysueathome: For that I would say three out of five.
