~Tess: Yes I can. It was middle of the night, on November 11th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HughesNet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tess: the worst of the worst *company took ***.**out of my bank account without my permission. I had extended the trial period *for an extra month due to the fact that there was no gen * service available in our area as I was told there would be. I cancelled the service in good faith! then out of the blue Hughes net took the money out of my account, that was on June *th. It is now July *th. I just phoned the again for the *th time and once again I am promised a return on the funds Hughes net illegally took from my bank account(without my permission)This company is major BOGUS and to even get through to them is at best painful. Do not ever give these guys a debit card or credit card - they will STEAL your money at the slightest excuse. They also LIE the DO NOT have generation * in the western region! ~Tess: For that I would say five out of five.

~Tess: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HughesNet to know who you are.
