~zappa: I am an I-pass customer who just received awful customer service from a phone representative named "Steve" when I called. I had some concerns over charges to my account but Steve did not want to handle my concerns and said "you are wasting your and my time". My financial concerns are not a waste of my time and I explained this to his manager. The representative made me so angry that I would close my account and do business with their competitor. If there was one.
