GetHuman-228317: I dined at the IHOP in Topeka Kansas on Saturday *******. The wait for the for the table was perfect, seated right away, the food wait time not bad at all either. The person serving us was pleasant. Not super attentive but it was VERY busy. The negatives.. The restaurant needs either a DEEP cleaning or a total rehab. Everywhere I looked was stickey or dirty. I understand the challenges in today's economy that rehab might not be possible, but it IS possible to have staff CLEAN. I ordered a viggie omlett, fruit cup and milk. The omlett was good, fruit cup was a joke. It consisted of the hardest rine of the pineapple, mellon and a few grapes. The milk never made it to the table but was on my bill which I had to point out to the server. $* for an omlett and a rediculous fruit cup is beyond irritating. No apology for forgetting the milk. On top of the dirty surroundings. Never going back. Gross.
