~Tony Waterford: In **** I rolled over $**** from my ***(k) to invest in Songpro.com. IRA Resources was the *rd party administrator. I paid administrative fees on time but stopped paying the fees because IRA Resources could not verify the value of my account. The California Department of Corporations notified me that they were investing Songpro.com and would try to assist with recovering funds for the investors. I repeatedly tried to close my account with IRA Resources however, they insisted that I keep paying them the administrative fees even though they could not verify the value of my account. In **** I requested a rollover of my account balance to Fidelity* however, IRA Resources closed my account and prevented me from completing the rollover. IRA Resources issued a **** indicating that I received a distribution in **** in the amount of $***** however, I did not receive a distribution, and there is no account of the $****.
