GetHuman-45757: I purchased an entire kitchen from Ikea. Only half of it was delivered. In an attempt to speak with someone in customer service, I waited ** minutes to talk to someone who told me to call back. The second time, I waited ** minutes and got disconnected as they where creating my case *. Two other times I waited an average ** minutes each and had to leave a voicemail that I'm sure no one listened to. Absolutely infuriating!

GetHuman: And what about Ikea's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-45757: For that I would say two out of five.
