~Tom: Waited initially for ** minute for an agent. Then put on hold again *-* times for super and super to resolve the issue. Totally ** on the phone, and spoke for about * minutes with live person. Issue is tentatively resolved with refund and pickup*redelivery in * days. Hope it will be the end of it
