~zanna124: had a problem with a delivery - parts not correct (IKEA did the design, picking, delivery and were supposed to do the assembly). Called IKEAn cuts svc, but delivery company would not wait so they left. Now I have no media cabinet and am out $***. this is the worst customer experience I've had in ** * years. !!!
