GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's InkSell.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pinecone: I ordered and received(August)ink cartridges which were the wrong ones. I was told they would replace them with the right ones and charged for the correct ones...that they would refund for the wrong ones when they received the return. It is now *******. I just called, first guy was totally puzzled, left me, another guy came on and said they had not received the returned cartridges. They would notify me when they arrived. Their phone manners are rude. I have bought from them for many years, now use Meritine.com. They are in trouble in some way.

~pinecone: For that I would say one out of five.
