GetHuman-jacquel29: Defective clasp fell off my wrist without my noticing the *nd day and is lost where I don't know
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-jacquel29: I used the jawbon for *day and was happy but the *nd day I was Walking in the mall and when I got home I realized it was no longer on my wrist the imprint was still visable so I retraced my steps but could never find the bracelet jawbone*. I am very upset this clasp is defective and after reading the reviews I see that many others have had same problem with clasp. The clasp needs a safty ,I had purchased one for my friend also and since she has not used hers it has not been lost but we discovered that the. clasp can be secured with a tiny rubber band. I think the company should replace this bracelet a no cost as the problem occured because the clasp is defective . I had purchased * of them from Amazon and they were delivered to *. I live part time in Mexico for this reason I had not used the bra celet untill my return to Merida Mexica after the holidays
