~Larkin Head: Can't tell you about understanding anyone as I never got to speak to anyone. Waited for over an hour both numbers. Please at least let the person calling that there is a human on the other end. First number had elevator music for ** minutes and then second number just said stay on line, no music, no nothing and I never knew if I was connected or not. Terrible service. I'll change

~Larkin Head: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Larkin Head: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Just Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Larkin Head: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Just Energy customers?
