GetHuman-davidhua: Juul is defective, no way to contact customer service, support ticket is down. Cannot register warranty.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-davidhua: The Juul does not fire when being drawn, unless i put my fingers over the clear parts inbetween the juul and the pod, also leaks consistently through the mouth piece and the clear part in the middle

GetHuman-davidhua: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Juul's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-davidhua: For that I would say four out of five.
