GetHuman-kathyra: I missed the cutoff date by one day to make arrangements to pay the bill * days later. I was not given the chance. The power was cut off with less than ** hours before I could actually make the payment to avoid cut-off. I called and spoke to a supervisor who said they could do nothing to help me. Also, the rep. JC was rude and very insensitive to my situation. This was my fault but I only asked for a few hours. I am making a formal complaint and will fight the re-connect fee...
