GetHuman-gpagmabj: coffee grounds keep leaking from the machine into my coffee cup and the tray at the bottom of the coffee pot
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-gpagmabj: I have the K** Kuerig coffee pot. When I make my cup of coffee, the grounds are at the bottom of the cup and sometimes floating on the top. When I put the tray out to check it, the coffee grounds are also in the tray. I have cleaned the machine twice and I still have the same problem. I do not know what else to do.
