GetHuman-323422: After calling KEy at another number and being told there was a ** min wait I finally hung up after ** min. I looked on the internet and found this number and called it. I still had to put in account information and social security number and access codes and then FINALLY I got a live person the entire process took about * minues. The customer service person said waites were long because KEY Bank had taken over another bank and I guess there were a lot of new customers calling.
