~Edward: this bank is arrogant and wastes a ton of your time online. branches cant help you because online is handled bvy an understaffed and stupid staff. They keep repeating how important your business is to them. while you wait ** minutes. then they ask for your account numbe*r after you entered it twice on the phone. Then you have to listen to the computer
