~camrabug: I spoke to a women twice and could not understand what they were saying. I wanted to speak to someone in the US or Canada. I have bought over *** books, etc in the last number of months. The response I received was put on hold and after several minutes was disconnected.WOW
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kindle. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kindle problem?
~camrabug: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~camrabug: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kindle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~camrabug: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kindle customers?
~camrabug: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kindle to know who you are.
