GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/04/17?
GetHuman55600: I paid for a ticket from Hoholulu to Vancouver including one bag that is **kg. When I went to depart the Honolulu airport they told me that my bag was not paid for and that they do not pre-pay baggage. I had to pay the bag fee or they would not take me. I would like to get a refund for the extra fee. What are the next steps to making this happen? (The next leg of my trip they also said that the baggage was not included but did honor your price even though it was not booked in their system, just so you know)
