~DeeGar: I waited **** minutes - it takes ** hours for every single response - HORRID Customer Service. Call it's faster, took nearly * weeks for them to agree that my Kobo needed replacing and then they sent the WRONG color after I specically said NO Substitutes.

~DeeGar: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~DeeGar: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
