~jdmcvey: Just yesterday, my Kubota tractor was repossessed. I financed it in April at *% APR - a great deal, or so I thought. According to their records, I missed the first payment - in other words, I failed to send in the coupon designated for the month of May. I received no phone call, no certified mail, no cease-and-desist letter, nothing that would warn of an impending repossession. When I called Customer Service, I was treated with arrogance and disregard. I was told that there was "really no point" to our conversation, as they had already acted, and that to recover my tractor, I was required to pay the remaining balance at $**,***. After reading other customer complaints online, I'm wondering just what sort of scam Kubota Credit is running.
