~Irritated Member: Their computer system failed to record all of my check-ins one month and I did not earn my insurance discount. I was told by the front desk and their corporate cust. serv. there was nothing they could do. I asked for a $** credit towards my next month and was told no. I was told to call in when I couldn't actually come in and they would check me in over the phone so I could get my ** check-ins each month. They are willing to commit fraud with a major health insurance company but can't find a way to get me some sort of $** credit. Weak.
