GetHuman-262408: I can't get through to the local lab, but this worked! :) The lady was kind and polite. Even though she is in the billing dept., she tried to help me schedule an appt. and answered another question I had. There were no appts. available, but she was nice and I had my questions answered.

GetHuman-262408: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-262408: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
