~Not a Happy Customer: The ** minute wait was with a scheduled appointment. Labcorp employees appear to professionalism. They project to their customers that they do not care and do not want to be asked any questions by the lab's customers. It is also, insulting when they decide, who can be offered the opportunity for billing. A non-ethic person was told & offered billing. I was observing and witnessed this before, the lab person assisted me. This ethic person was not offered or told the options of payment. I am an educated professional and did not appreciate their assumption of my financial status. I did not feel comfortable giving my banking information and will request billing, if I ever go back to Labcorp. There was a comment box, but no cards available. Customers of the lab should be given a survey or something to comment on the customer service they have received at the Labcorp in Denton, TX (both locations).
