~anonymous: Muir Lab was replaced with Lab Core. Terrible difference. Lab core missed one of the labs on the draw my MD ordered, ordered the WRONG test and I was charged,*takes forever to get your results mailed to you when you are asking for a copy. I had to call the administration to have them fax me the results. Last one is the kicker! At the lab draw station one of the techs was eating a gooey dessert right at the patient window. When I told her that was inappropriate in a patient care area she said if it was "bothering me" she would move. ** years I have been in the medical field and this is NOT something you do in a patient care area right in the public face.*I need to find another lab to do business even if it is out of network. John Muir Medical Center---are you listening? Bring back Muir Labs.

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
