GetHuman-272012: This is the second visit to the labcorp location in Plantation,Fl. While my appointment was right on time the employess were so rude and impolite again. I am going to request that my doctor send me to Quest Labs instead. I feel that as a white female I was treated by the entirely black staff horribly because I am a white person. One of the employees asked me for a credit card AFTER she had all my insurance information. She implied I couls not have my bloodwork done without one. When I became upset she said that she never said I couldn't have the bloodwork done. I responded by telling her that is EXACTLY what she said. The entire sataff were rude and abrupt!

GetHuman-272012: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-272012: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-272012: For that I would say five out of five.
