~grandma: This is overseas customer service at it's standard. I paid for several items, never received them and all they could tell me was they were delivered on the **th. I was then told I had to contact USPS or UPS to track them and get back with customer service. Are you kidding me, I work for a living. I don't know why they did not send it signature required. It's been ** days, I have no gifts and they are paid for! Finally had to get my cc company involved. They said they will send out my package one more time, however if I don't get it they will charge me for the shipping for both packages and refund the difference. This is not the service of a large reliable educational company. Are you kidding me - shipping? Send it out signature required in the first place - it's not my problem someone delivered it wrong, but they made it mine! Still waiting.

~grandma: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~grandma: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LeapFrog's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~grandma: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LeapFrog customers?
~grandma: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LeapFrog to know who you are.
