~NicoleB: Waited on hold for approx ** minutes. Calling because TAG Junior no longer turned on after normal replacement of batteries. Customer Rep was difficult to understand due to heavy accent. I was told I'd receive an email w* instructions to "claim" the defunct product. Never received the email. Calling again now...still waiting to be assisted ** minutes later.

~NicoleB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NicoleB: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LeapFrog's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NicoleB: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LeapFrog customers?
~NicoleB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LeapFrog to know who you are.
