~MonicaGT: While it took speaking to a supervisor to resolve my issue with a nonworking Fridge Phonics device, in the end, it was resolved in a respectful manner that was to my satisfaction. Nonetheless, BE WARNED, leap frog only guarantees its products for * months from the date of purchase. If you speak to Supervisor Manny, be ready to stick to your guns, he is there for LeapFrog's bottom line after all. In spite of it all, I'm glad I called and Manny was respectful and offered quality customer service.

~MonicaGT: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MonicaGT: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LeapFrog's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MonicaGT: For that I would say one out of five.
